  • Kiss has decided to knowingly steal more from Lashify portfolio

    Aside for copying my pre adhesive underlash directly from my patent — now Kiss’s latest tool is once again blatantly infringing my utility patent for the Lashify wand. Which part of “these are my inventions and designs” do they not understand. All aspects of the wand are protected and these criminals just keep stealing. They can only get ideas from copying my patent portfolio. Over and over. Arguing about lashes is one thing but copying my utility patent is another story. “Multi functional”. They already allegedly tried to steal my wand the first time and here we go again.

    Baker Botts you’re an embarrassment. B rate law firm so desperate for clients you bottom feed and defend criminals. We all know.

  • Fake story + fake lashes.

    These Lilac people allegedly made multiple fake names and claimed to be unhappy customers on our forum—meanwhile they were trying to steal customers, ideas etc. They too went to my manufacturer as you can see below asking for them to copy Lashify. 🤯 They seem to think they’re the street corner Forever21 of Lashify—yet not an original thought. Just copying every step and term while undercutting the ones who do the innovating. Great business model. Yet in the emails and screenshot below you they also write they invented this brilliant lash system using “machine learning.” Stealing Lashify’s patented innovation and underlash system wasn’t enough, they needed my life work story too. In reality they decided my business model was a better one then their “fertility business.”

    Indeed it was always personal. They have allegedly stalk us/me and created troll accounts and groups since the moment they set out to copy Lashify. Absolute weirdos. Could be a full Lifetime movie. Bizarre.

  • “Inventing DIY lash extensions”

    Here’s what you don’t know….

    In July 2016 I patented the Lashify system. New kind of segmented DIY lash extension. New wand. New application. New technique. New methods. I didn’t trust anyone or tell anyone. I made my own samples and developed all of it here.

    Then in Feb 2017 I discussed it with one factory in Korea to scale my idea. We will call them Factory A. Factory A is hugely reputable. So this happening was somewhat of a shock. Turns out that someone from Factory A sent my wand and ideas to another Korean US company. We will call them B. Allegedly company B sent my wand and designs to Hollyren, the biggest knock off Chinese factory. B then begins selling “lash extension clusters” in the US market (something they never did previous) because they now know my technology is based on something similar to this.

    Then in cahoots they allegedly try to patent my wand in China under the name of a random broker. I hired Chinese counsel and PI’s to get it back. This is in 2018– and I had just launched. They found the man who patented my wand. I had to pay the guy who patented my wand 25k to put it back in my name (well an Alias that I owned in China). I got my patent back in China.

    Hollyren was now selling my wand to unsuspecting American buyers and on Amazon. We went after the buyer. The buyer showed us emails that said “lashify doesn’t own this patent”….. actually Hollyren we do own it. But you just confirmed that you were behind it because otherwise how would you know that….

    Also back in June-July 2017 I finally worked with one Chinese factory to make me a sample. Mr Wong. Wong sent me a sample of my idea. Then I see that in July 2017 World Beauty (another big counterfeit company) has posted my lash sample publicly on their page. You know why they did that? Because they wanted to create “prior art” so I wouldn’t get a patent in the future. The way you don’t get a patent is by finding prior art on the internet. If a clueless new client inventor gives an idea, publishing it will ruin all possibility of getting a patent if you don’t already have one.

    These companies know the patent game well and I had instincts on that and took precautions. They knew my lash system was the better way to do something… except they never did it because they aren’t actually using the product. So all the sneaky factories got together (they are all on the same WeChat) and started publishing YouTube videos in 2017 trying to make it seem like this was old technology…. and trying to create prior art.

    None of them knew I had already applied for the patent in 2016… so a little too late. Now everyone is mad. Real mad. These under lashes being created are based on the teachings of our patents… creating and heating… even application techniques and methods are as well.

    I write this stuff in public to keep an account of all of it. Because it’s that CRAY. This has been following me since 2017.

    Guys—what you’re witnessing is the distruption of some really dark stuff that’s been going on for a very long time. Everything I thought was happening — was happening. This industry has been operating on thievery and lack of regulation for years. The hair extension, lash, nail business – all the same.

    Pre adhesive lash glue? The guy that invented it owns a factory so they didn’t rip him off and Ardell licensed it until the patent expired. . If I was in the cool factory crowd and was a man, they would have not ripped me off either.

    This is a way to control the American beauty market through less ethical vendors. If I’m going to be in this business it needs to be a real business… not this bonehead mafia shite. I mean I’m from the Middle East…. I can do mafia …. but I’d rather not.

    Magnetic lashes were invented in the USA.
    Segmented lashes were invented in the USA.
    Lashify the inventor of DIY Lash Extensions was invented in the USA.

    These factories are not inventing these things, neither are the American supermarket brands, so WHY are they direct selling them or wholesaling them when it’s not theirs to sell? Because no one has tried to stop them yet.

    So here is my first mock up… of the wand that I sent to factory for tooling. This is dated February 2017. I thought these were private documents. All parties had signed NDA’s.

    You’ll see my other samples I had made. Notice on page 2 theres a curved tip tweezer sample. We created that curved tip tweezer by hammering and filing and used it as a sample — they copied and sold this tip on Amazon too, again trying to invalidate all my IP on that as well. (That’s also what the mommy blogger lady was using way back when Britney something.) Never in a million years did I imagine what was actually happening……

    Please pay close attention to these photos…… because what comes below that next is insane.

    February 2017 Drawings sent to Sean An who worked for Interwork.
    Oct 2017 they tried to patent my drawings in China as their own. It seems Sean sent it to Mr Anh at Kiss who sent it to Hollyren and co. All this to steal Lashify’s patents.

    Based on all this it seems that Kiss, Hollyren and team may have been involved with trying to patent my inventions using the actual documents and removed the Lashify logo.

    Every item in there is from me. Including the black wand.

    I still have that very cartridge sample.

As usual things are super busy and I believe I’ll be spending more time in NYC. That’s where Sasha is and the energy seems to be going in that direction!
